A guide to the 2012 Presidential Election: Nevada

Romney won. Big.

He won 47.6% of the vote to Gingrich’s 22.7% of the vote. Interestingly, Ron Paul took 18.6% of the vote. The fact that Gingrich only beat him by 4 points is surprising. Santorum finished last with 11.1%. It’s a not a shock that Romney won a LDS-heavy state in the west. He’s been running for President for six years out there.

Next in line: Feb. 7th has Colorado, Minnesota, and Missouri (though Missouri’s delegates will not be awarded until later in the year). After that, Maine on Feb. 11th.
